The ring die has two layers, when one layer is worn out, turn it over to use the other layer.

A:  Both quality is guaranteed. Some customers prefer to this type, and some customers like the other type.

You could choose it according to your situation.

If considering of cost, SZLH560 series is relatively saving, but SZLH580 has much more stable performance, and longer life as well as more expensive.

A:Yeah. Wood sawdsut is the most commonly used materia for making biomass pellet. If other bigger size wood waste or agricultural waste, it must be crushed into very small pieces, less than 7mm. And the moisture content is 10-15%

A:All machines have one year warranty, but not including spare parts.

A:If very small pellet machine, yes, of course, only pellet machine is ok.

But for large capacity production, we suggest you buy the whole unit equipment to effectively ensure machine's nomal operation 

A:When our engineers install the machine for you, they will trainning your workers at site. If you do not need our installation service, you can also send your worker to our factory for train.We also have clear videos and user manual to help you to do it.

A:  L-CKC220 for gearbox, and high temperature resistant compound lithium base grease for grease pump.

Please note, First,for new machine, there isn't any oil in it, and you must add required oil as well as grease for pump following the manual;

Second, please remember to grinding the die of pellet machine every time before- and after- using it.
