The above automatic control process avoids the phenomenon of machine blockage that may occur at any time in the pellet machine, and no longer requires the operator to keep watching the current change on the spot, which reduces the workload of people.
Automatic protection system for pressing roller and ring die In order to prevent iron blocks or other large hard impurities from entering between the pressing roller and ring die and causing damage to the pressing roller and ring die, a safety pin or hydraulic hoop is specially set at the rear end of the main shaft. Type safety protection mechanism, when the sawdust pellet machine is seriously overloaded, the shear force of the safety pin or the friction force of the friction plate and the friction disc in the hoop is exceeded. At this time, the safety pin is cut or the friction disc rotates, and the safety switch is triggered. Action, and the action signal is transmitted to the control center, and the control center sends out the stop command, so as to protect the pressing roller and the ring die.

In order to prevent the belt from slipping, reducing the transmission efficiency and burning the belt, a speed sensor can be installed at the driven pulley to sense the speed of the pulley.

When the belt slips after becoming loose, the rotational speed of the driven pulley will decrease. When it is lower than the normal rotational speed by a certain amount, it is generally set to 90%~95% of the normal value. Electric shutdown to prevent belt burnout.
