1. If the material is too wet, it is best to add some dry material to the feed to adjust

Dry the ingredients a little, if the ingredients are too dry, do the same thing

2. If the material is too wet, adjust the feeding motor (slow down, and adjust the subsequent speed after the material is normal).
3. The problems that usually occur in the machine are as follows: ? The feeding is dead at the feeding? The feeding motor is stuck (treatment: After the feeding motor is completed, the feeding motor is turned on. If the feeding is stuck, if the main engine is found If there is an abnormal sound, the processing is as follows:
1. Is the material too dry?

2. Is there a problem with the two rolls in the host?

3. Whether the internal gear of the main engine is loose

4. Is the host spindle damaged?

5. The problem that the feeding rod is stuck: If the feeding rod is found to be stuck, immediately turn off the feeding motor, the feeding motor and the host, and then deal with the problem. The treatment method is to clamp the feeding rod with a pipe wrench and push it with force. Slow down and do not deform the feeding rod.
