As the temperature gradually drops, on October 9th, Yanjun Farm in Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province officially began the heating season. The core link supporting the farm’s “green heating” – biomass pellet fuel production – is relying on the stable operation of wood pellet machines to provide clean energy guarantee for biomass boilers in heating stations, helping to accurately deliver warm water to thousands of households through the upgraded pipeline network. ​

Walking into the farm heating station, behind the real-time jumping water supply temperature and pressure data of each area’s pipeline network on the main control room screen is the combustion of standardized pellet fuel produced by the wood pellet machine in the boiler. When the on-site staff orderly filled the granular fuel into the boiler, there was no obvious noise and dust, which is a direct manifestation of the “low-noise and dust-free production” advantage of the pellet machine. By optimizing the mold compression ratio and feed structure, the biomass fuel density produced by the pellet machine reached 1.1-1.3g/cm ³, which not only improved the combustion efficiency by more than 30%, but also reduced the pollutant emissions during the heating process from the source, meeting the livelihood needs of “green heating” in the farm. ​
To ensure the stability of the entire heating season, pellet machine manufacturers have collaborated deeply with farms as early as the non heating season. On the one hand, they assist farms in establishing a dynamic monitoring mechanism for equipment, setting real-time warnings for key parameters such as spindle speed and bearing temperature of wood pellet machines, and conducting three rounds of trial operation inspections in advance to ensure that pellet machines are put into fuel production in a better state; On the other hand, based on the heating area and boiler power of the farm, a customized pellet machine production plan is developed to ensure a daily reserve of 20 tons of pellet fuel, laying the foundation for the continuous operation of the boiler. ​
At the same time, the farm has also established a “monitoring+response” full chain mechanism, and the heating station implements a 24-hour duty system. The operation and maintenance personnel regularly inspect the boilers, adjust the water supply temperature and circulation frequency in real time according to the outdoor temperature, and build a “green heating” defense line for people’s livelihood. Continuously ensuring the long-term operation of “green heating” from the equipment end, truly making the wood pellet machine not only an “energy engine” for heating, but also a solid support for the “always online” temperature of farmers’ livelihoods. ​
