Working principle
Abandoned wood is first processed into small pieces by a crusher, and then these small pieces of wood are crushed into powder by a grinder, and then enter the feed inlet of the wood pellet machine. Through high-speed rotation and impact, they are compressed into wood pellets. This process does not add chemicals and relies on mechanical force to achieve. The principle is to utilize the characteristics of cellulose and lignin in wood. Lignin softens at a certain temperature, increases its adhesive strength, and under pressure, causes cellulose molecular clusters to displace, deform, and extend. The adjacent biomass particles inside interlock with each other, recombine, and press to form.
