1. Can different types of doping work?

2. Size of raw materials after crushing

Raw materials such as tree branches must be crushed by a pulverizer before granulation. The size of the pulverization should be determined according to the expected diameter of the particles and the aperture size of the granulator mold. If the crushing is too large or too small, it will affect the output and even cause no material.

3. How to deal with mildew of raw materials

The raw material is mildewed, the color turns black, and the cellulose inside is decomposed by microorganisms, which cannot be pressed into qualified granules. If it must be used, it is recommended to add more than 50% of fresh raw materials to mix and use, otherwise it cannot be pressed into qualified granules.

4. Strict moisture requirements

The moisture requirements of biomass pellet machine raw materials are strict, no matter which type, the moisture content must be kept within a range (preferably 14%-20%).

5. Adhesion of the material itself

The raw material itself must have adhesive force. If not, the product extruded by the pellet machine is either unshaped or loose and easily broken. Therefore, if you see a material that has no adhesive itself but can be pressed into granules or blocks, then the material must have moved hands or feet, or been fermented or added with a binder or something.

6. Add glue

Pure granules can be made without adding other binders, because it is a kind of crude fiber raw material and has a certain adhesiveness itself. After being compressed by the biomass pellet machine, it can be naturally formed and will be very strong. The pressure of the biomass pellet machine is very high.

Biomass pellet fuel is clean and hygienic, easy to feed, saves the work intensity of workers, greatly improves the working environment, and enterprises will save the cost of work force.
