Let’s assume that raw material is wood log with high moisture. The necessary processing sections as follows:

1.Chipping wood log

Wood chipper is used to crush log into wood chips(3-6cm).

2.Milling wood chips

Hammer mill crushes wood chips into sawdust(below 7mm).

3.Drying sawdust

Dryer makes moisture content of the sawdust 10%-15%.

4.Pelletizing

Ring die pellet machine presses sawdust into pellets(6-10mm diameter).

5.Cooling pellets

After granulation, the temperature of the pellets is relatively high, so the cooler reduces the temperature of the pellets to normal temperature.

6.Packing pellets

There are ton bag packing machine and kg bag packing machine.
