10th Jan,2016,  Kingoro biomass pellet production line was installed successfully in Bangladesh, and took the first trial running.

His material is wood sawdust, moisture content about 35%.   .

This pellet production line includes equipment as following:

1. Rotary screen —- to seperate large size of material out from the sawdust

2. Drum dryer—- to reduce sawdust moisture content.  The best humidity of material for making pellet is 10-15%.

3. Pellet machine —- to press sawdust into pellet, diameter 6mm. This diameter can be changed bu replacing the spare part: ring die

4. Pellet coler — to cool the pellet temperature  to nomal ±5℃，
